Elegant veneer for alpine luxury:
Zülpich/Tettnang. The comprehensive redesign of the Hotel Berghof****s in St. Johann im Pongau has created an exclusive retreat for discerning guests. The company europlac supplied high-quality material panels with sustainable veneer for the project, which contribute significantly to the warm, elegant atmosphere. Among other things, veneers made of knotty oak, beam oak in stone gray and sand beige, as well as smoked oak and RILLO smoked oak were used - materials that combine naturalness and character.
The interior designers at köck+bachler from Fieberbrunn, Austria, focused on a harmonious interplay of alpine style and modern design. The Unterkofler joinery in Großarl and the Salzburger joinery in Kramsach, also in Austria, ensured precise implementation. Whether in the new luxury suites, the rooftop spa with infinity pool, or the gourmet restaurant: europlac's natural veneer gives every room a distinctive signature. “With this project, our company once again underlines its expertise in, among other things, furnishing exclusive hotel properties - where aesthetics, quality, and sustainability are required at the highest level,” says europlac Managing Director Marina Röhr. Dirk-Uwe Klaas, Managing Director of Initiative Furnier + Natur (IFN), couldn't agree more: “The project impressively demonstrates how fine veneer not only impresses with its elegant appearance and pleasant feel, but also sets standards in terms of sustainability. Such applications in the hotel sector are pioneering for responsible and contemporary interior design.” IFN/DS
